Hello OMS-1 students,

I hope everyone is doing well this morning. I just wanted to send out a quick reminder about TOUCH hours.

1. Academic events do NOT count as TOUCH or volunteer hours (examples: research presentation, conferences, etc.)

2. REQUIRED school events do NOT count as TOUCH or volunteer hours (example: IPE events). A good rule of thumb for this one is IF IT IS ON YOUR BLOCK SCHEDULE, IT DOES NOT COUNT AS TOUCH HOURS.

If you have already submitted these hours on GivePulse, do not worry about it. I will fix it on my end.
