[Cusom28] Decompress & Reassess After an Exam: Workshop TODAY

Just a reminder:
You are invited to attend the "Decompress & Reassess After an Exam" session TODAY at 1 p.m. in Levine 201.

This is an optional, STUDENTS ONLY workshop to go over how to reset after an exam and identify ways in which to improve upon before the next exam.  You will also have the opportunity to hear from MS-2 students on their tips and how to regroup.  Snacks will be provided by the Peer Navigators, and feel free to chat with them before or after the session.

MS-2 students, Erin Suwattana from Behavioral Health, and Dr. Amy Hinkelman from the Academic Center of Excellence are teaming up to provide this balanced perspective of providing strategies to help you succeed in your coursework while prioritizing your health and wellness.
