Good afternoon Class of 2028,
So, in terms of actual issues with the quiz last week - no real issues this morning (knock on wood), from Med Ed's perspective, this was actually pretty normal and there were not too many actual issues, but I am happy to report we were able to work through them all! Thank you for your patience - I know it probably seems like an eternity while you may be waiting for us to respond.
If you did experience some issues, try to keep them in mind moving forward, and keep a bank of what the solution(s) were that we used so that you can try to apply them yourselves before even reaching out to us!
Some additional items that you may or may not be aware of:
* Each question is given 1.2 minutes to be completed. If you do the math, on this quiz for example, there were 13 questions, so 13Q * 1.2 min/Q ~= 16 min. We add an additional 2 minutes so that you can scan the room and scratch paper with camera and then the scratch paper at the end. I know many of you were not able to show your scratch paper at the end, so you will just need to work a little bit to manage your time and make sure there is a little bit of time left on the clock to show the scratch paper.
* You are also allowed to use a wireless mouse of your own, especially if you feel like you have had issues with the built-in track pad.
* For in-person quizzes and exams Med Ed provides: pencils, ear plugs, and scratch paper. :)
Warm Regards,
CUSOM Med Ed
