Dear Osteopathic Medical Student,

You are invited to participate in an anonymous, nationwide survey evaluating the utilization and impact of support services for student wellness at osteopathic medical schools. This research aims to better understand how students access and perceive resources such as 24/7 text/call lines and in-person counseling, with the goal of informing future improvements in student support and wellness programs.

Participation Details:

  *   The survey is anonymous; no identifying information will be collected.
  *   It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
  *   Your participation is voluntary, and you may exit the survey at any time without penalty.

Your insights are critical to shaping the future of student wellness initiatives. By sharing your experiences and perspectives, you will help osteopathic medical schools better support students’ mental health and well-being.
