Good afternoon everyone,

The recording and PowerPoint from my fourth-year clinical presentation has been posted to New Innovations.  It can be located under the Reference Materials section.

Additionally, the affiliation agreement request link is now available.  The 2027 Affiliation Agreement Request Form is used specifically for your class.  You will need to submit a request for each program/rotation that you are planning on rotating at.  This link is found under the Forms section of the New Innovations home page.

Please make sure you review both the recording from my presentation and the PowerPoint, as I may answer any questions that you may have in these.  If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
