[Cusom27] A REMINDER REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS

[CUSOM Immunizations]

I hope everyone's year is going well!

I am contacting you to discuss our policy regarding compliance with required immunizations.
Timely compliance and documentation of compliance with immunizations are essential for the health and safety of you and your patients.
On the first day of each month, Clinical Affairs confirms student compliance with immunizations through the CastleBranch platform. Students who are not compliant with receiving and submitting documentation for required immunizations are placed on conduct probation at CUSOM. Please remember that you must receive the needed immunizations AND submit documentation to CastleBranch that you have been vaccinated. As in clinical medicine "if it is not documented, it did NOT happen."
Students who are non-compliant with immunizations are placed conduct probation and have 14 business days to receive the needed immunizations. Students who remain non-compliant after 14 days are referred to the APPS Committee.
