Class of 2027,

I know that everyone is excited and anxious regarding your upcoming 3rd year.  An attached PowerPoint with pertinent information for planning your 3rd year as well as things to do during your 3rd year has been created.  Please know that information on this PowerPoint can be found in the Clinical Rotation Section of the Academic Bulletin, which you should read prior to planning your 3rd year.  This PowerPoint only highlights some of the most frequently asked questions.

I have provided a copy of the track schedule.  This is to be followed unless your regional site has a capacity issue for a specific rotation and this will be communicated to you as soon as possible.  Scheduling is handled by your regional site coordinator.

Your site coordinators will be contacting you in the near future to get your interests regarding your MS and MS/SS.  Please understand that you may not get your first choice in either of these but they will do their best.

For the next two years, New Innovations will be your "go-to" for scheduling information as well as important documents such as:  3rd Year Planning, Academic Bulletin, syllabi, absence request forms, international rotation application, and reporting instructions for specific sites and preceptor evaluations.

You will receive a second email with your New Innovations login credentials. Please let me know if you have any issues accessing New Innovations.

You will be able to view completed preceptor evaluations about you, see your schedule, and complete evaluations about your preceptor and the site where you rotated as well as complete procedure logs.

I will be your CUSOM point of contact while on rotations.  Your site coordinator is your point of contact in regards to your scheduling needs.
