The North Carolina Society-American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians Annual Conference will be held August 8th - 10th, 2025, at the Millennium Hotel in Durham.
We are thrilled to host a poster competition that not only offers a cash prize but also provides a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your research and connect with fellow students and professionals in the field. The poster session will run on Saturday, August 9th from 10:00am until lunch, 12:00pm. You are welcome to attend the entire conference, but you could also opt to just attend the poster session and lunch on Saturday. The presentation of awards will happen after lunch. Registration for students is completely FREE!

Abstract Submission Deadline: July 14th, 2025.

The abstract document should contain the following details:
- Poster title
- All authors
- Author affiliations
- Poster abstract (maximum 250 words)
