I apologize for the late email.  We are working on getting you access to the Call Back Friday Blackboard Organization.  In the meantime, we want to ensure you receive schedules for tomorrow's afternoon activities.  I have attached the OSCE schedule for tomorrow here.  Please make sure to check the schedule to see if you are scheduled for an OSCE.

The remaining schedules are included below:

Family Medicine Prep

The following people have Family Medicine as their next core rotation according to New Innovations:

08.15.2025: Kristen Hawkins, Alaina Black, Cami Czejdo, Luke Deberny, Michael Dennis, Alexandre Desjardins, Sabrina Doyle, Hannah Easow, Zahra Fatima, Mahika Gupta, Tamera Hitchinson, Krista Sawyer, and John Wu.

  *   1:00 - 2:00pm - OMM Lab
  *   2:00 - 3:00pm - OSCEs - please check the OSCE schedule for your time
  *   3:00pm - FM prep activities in Classroom 200

Internal Medicine Prep

The following people have Internal Medicine as their next core rotation according to New Innovations:

Psychiatry Prep

There are handouts referenced during Psych prep for you to review electronically. If you would like a physical copy to reference, please bring one with you. The following people have Psychiatry as their next core rotation according to New Innovations:

Psych Prep Schedule

  *   1:00pm - OMM
  *   3:00pm - meet in Lecture Hall 201 for Psych Activity

Pediatrics Prep

Peds Prep Schedule

  *   1:00pm - meet in Small Debrief for Orientation

*The Small Debrief room is located inside of the Sim Center (the middle room). Please use the door closest to Classroom 200 to come in for your activities, as we do have students taking OSCEs in the OSCE Suite.

SDL: Please watch the Newborn and 3-Year-Old Exam Pantopo videos.

OB/Gyn Prep

The following people have OB/GYN as their next core rotation according to New Innovations:

OB/GYN Prep Schedule

  *   1:00 - 1:45pm - meet in 201 for lecture
  *   1:45pm, 2:45pm - Cervical/Pelvic Exam/OB Sim
  *   1:45pm, 2:45pm - OB US


If you prep activities require you to access an SDL, Powerpoint or Panopto, you will be given access.  Please let Allie or myself know if you have a question or if you believe you may have been left off of any of the schedules listed above.
