[Cusom27] Flu Vaccine

Good afternoon,

As we approach Flu season, please be reminded that the Flu shot is required for all students while on clinical rotations. While CUSOM's deadline to get your Flu shot is October 15th, your clinical campus may have a different deadline. If this deadline is earlier than CUSOM's deadline, please make sure to follow the deadline of your clinical campus.

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in referral to the APPS Committee and/or removal from your clinical rotation. If you are unsure of the deadline in your clinical campus, please contact your Student Medical Education Coordinator.

The spot to load your Flu shot will not be available, in CastleBranch, until mid-to-late September so it may be necessary to provide proof to your site prior to their deadline.
