[Cusom27] REMINDERS

Good afternoon,

I hope everyone had a nice weekend!

Just a few reminders as we enter the last week of the first rotation block:


  1.  Case Logs - at least 10 case logs are due, for all rotations, by Thursday, August 14th at 11:59pm. You will log these in New Innovations under the Logger section.

  2.  150 TrueLearn Questions - all 150 TrueLearn questions are due by Thursday, August 14th at 11:59pm. These questions should be relevant to your assigned rotation and completed while on your rotation. If you exhaust all questions relevant to your rotation, you can complete the remaining questions in a topic of your choice. You must complete 150 unique questions. They can be from either the COMLEX Level 2-CE or USMLE Step 2 CK and Shelf exam banks (or a combination of both)

  3.  Modules - if you are on Medicine I, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Psychiatry, or Surgery all modules and attestations must be completed by Thursday, August 14th at 11:59pm.

  4.  Call Back Friday - if you are on Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Psychiatry, or Surgery you should have received your instructions for your COMAT at CUSOM on Call Back Friday. If you did not, please reach out to me as soon as possible.

  5.  Evaluations - I encourage you to request time with your preceptor to discuss your evaluation. They have all received them, at this point, and if able can provide feedback when completing the evaluation. Additionally, you will have an evaluation to complete on your preceptor and the rotation. These are required and failure to complete them will keep your evaluation, from your preceptor, on hold until you do so. Your preceptor will not see these until the end of the academic year, when Clinical Affairs has had an opportunity to remove all identify information.
