Hey everyone!
SAMOPS and the Global Health Club are excited to host Colonel Kathleen M. Flocke as a guest speaker NEXT Thursday, April 17th, from 12 PM – 1 PM in Room 202. Col. Flocke is the Command Surgeon at Fort Bragg, a board-certified family physician, and has had a distinguished career in military medicine. Originally joining the Army to repay medical school loans, she found a passion for service that led her to work extensively in Civil Affairs, leading medical missions across multiple countries.
Col. Flocke will share her experiences in global health, military medicine, and leadership, making this an incredible learning opportunity for all students. Whether you're interested in medical missions, unique career paths, or military service, her insights will be valuable. She is especially excited to engage with students outside the military and welcomes diverse perspectives in the discussion. If you are currently in the military or considering it, this is also a fantastic chance to ask questions and build a connection with a high-ranking military physician.
Come grab lunch, hear an inspiring talk, and take advantage of this rare opportunity to learn from a seasoned physician and leader!
