[Cusom27] Updated COVID Protocol

Students,

As you are aware, Campbell follows the guidance of the CDC regarding COVID protocol. Below is the CURRENT (updated) guidance for COVID (and other respiratory illnesses) as per the CDC website. For more information, please visit: https://www.cdc.gov/respiratory-viruses/prevention/precautions-when-sick.html. Following 24 hours after BOTH symptoms have improved and no fever exists, the CDC recommends that individuals wear a mask for 5 days.


Updated Guidance: The updated Respiratory Virus Guidance<https://www.cdc.gov/respiratory-viruses/guidance/respiratory-virus-guidance.html> recommends that people stay home and away from others until at least 24 hours after both their symptoms are getting better overall, and they have not had a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medication). Note that depending on the length of symptoms, this period could be shorter, the same, or longer than the previous guidance for COVID-19.
