Good morning, Class of 2027!

This message is for those of you who are club and interest group leaders. All others can disregard. 😉

As you all know, we have a platform on the Campbell website called “Engage” or “Creeksync” which we have been using for student organizations, events, and forms, including reimbursement requests. We share this platform with Campbell undergrad and CPHS.
Campbell University has decided to switch to another platform called “Presence” through Modern Campus. The Engage platform will no longer be active as of August 31. Ms. Mary Holly (your OMM Coordinator, copied) has graciously offered to assist our department in removing all important information from our current site and is in the process of setting up the new site with our reps from Presence. Thank you, Mary! 😊 This transition might take a bit of time, but I wanted to give you a heads up that Mary will be reaching out to all club and interest group presidents as each of you will need to update your new organization page with current club leadership and other relevant information. She will give you further instructions in the weeks ahead.

In the meantime, if you have a reimbursement request to submit, you may use Engage until August 31st. Starting September 1st, please EMAIL your signed reimbursement form (attached) along with relevant documentation (receipts and screenshots) to either Ms. Meredith Weller or Ms. Janice Taylor (both copied). They will be handling student reimbursements temporarily. Thank you, Janice and Meredith! 😊
