<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">As you all know, we have a platform on the Campbell website called “Engage” or “Creeksync” which we have been using for student organizations, events, and forms, including reimbursement requests.
We share this platform with Campbell undergrad and CPHS.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Campbell University has decided to switch to another platform called “Presence” through Modern Campus. The Engage platform will no longer be active as of
<b><u>August 31</u></b>. Ms. Mary Holly (your OMM Coordinator, copied) has <i><u>graciously offered</u></i> to assist our department in removing all important information from our current site and is in the process of setting up the new site with our reps from

all club and interest group presidents as each of you will need to update your new organization page with current club leadership and other relevant information. She will give you further instructions in the weeks ahead.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<i><u>until August 31<sup>st</sup></u>. </i>Starting September 1<sup>st</sup>, please EMAIL your signed reimbursement form (attached) along with relevant documentation (receipts and screenshots) to either Ms. Meredith Weller or Ms. Janice Taylor (both copied).
