[Cusom27] Block 1 Evaluations

Good morning Class of 2027,

Your Course and Instructor evaluations for Block 1 are now available in One45<https://cusom.one45.com/> . If your login information link has expired, Please select the "Need Help Logging In?" option in the lower right hand corner on the One45 home page.

Evaluations are typically open from Monday of Week 8 through the Sunday evening after the next block starts.  For the Block 1 evaluations the due date is October 16 by 8:00am.  Evaluations are mandatory, you must complete all course and instructor evaluations that are assigned to you prior to the deadline.

Keep in mind when you are completing instructor evaluations, to double check what course the instructor is assigned to on that evaluation so you can give the most accurate feedback related to your experience with that faculty in the specific course, as some faculty will be evaluated in multiple courses (e.g Dr. Agnello in Clinical Skills and in OMM).
