[Cusom27] Study Group Rooms (SGR) documentation from IT

Dear Students,

In an effort to streamline the technology in the SGRs and make it easier to use, IT made a few changes.


  1.  There are now instructions posted above the Crestron touch panel in each study room.
  2.  HDMI is now the default setting, so when you connect your laptop and tap the touch panel to start, your laptop will be automatically detected.
  3.  There is no need to touch the TV. Everything is controlled by the Crestron touch panel.
  4.  If you experience issues with the technology in any study room, please email cusomhelpdesk at campbell.edu<mailto:cusomhelpdesk at campbell.edu>. Be sure to include the room number and a detailed description.
