      Congratulations on wrapping up the first exam of the year! Looking to next month, September 10-16th is National Suicide Prevention Week. Psychiatry Club, Behavioral Health Club and Med Pride will host a suicide prevention workshop on Tuesday September 12th from 12:30-1:30pm in Classroom 400. This will be an opportunity for students to learn how to best work with a patient who has suicidal ideations and what steps should be taken to protect them from harm. Dr. Krepps and the Behavioral Health interns will take part in a mock patient-encounter followed by a group discussion. This session will expand upon the material covered in Block 4 to better prepare students to lead difficult conversations during clinical rotations.
