Could you please forward this to all medical students? Thanks.

Hello everyone, I am reaching out regarding the upcoming family medicine conference. The annual NCS-ACOFP conference will be held at Pinehurst on the weekend of 8/11-8/13. For those unfamiliar, Pinehurst is a resort town, best known for its golf courses, about an hour away from CUSOM. As North Carolina’s only osteopathic medical school, it would be great to have a large student turnout. Saturday, 8/12, features student-exclusive programming including “The Art of Medicine” lecture, highlighting some of the less board-testable knowledge of our vocation. There is also a reception for students to meet with each other and family medicine residents. Other than the student-specific programming, students are, of course, welcome at the other programming. This conference is a great opportunity to meet and network with other family physicians and residents from all over the state. I am also attaching the full schedule.

The cost for students is $45. Here is the link to register: https://form.jotform.com/230575042990154
