I am reaching out to inform you that the American Osteopathic Foundation’s fall 2023 scholarship and award cycle is open! Attached to this email is a document detailing the eligibility & application requirements for all available awards, including:

  1.  AOF Thomas A Quinn, DO, Osteopathic Scholarship<https://aof.smapply.org/prog/aof_application_portal/> (page 3) - $5,000 to two OMS II or III students who exhibit a personal commitment to Osteopathic principles & practices.
  2.  AOF Rocovich Research Award<https://aof.smapply.org/prog/aof_application_portal/> (page 4) - $5,000 to one Osteopathic medical student, resident, or physician who is conducting research on the biomechanical, biomedical, or clinical aspects of OMT.
  3.  AOF/DOCARE International Medical Outreach Travel Stipends<https://aof.smapply.org/prog/international/> (page 5) – Our travel stipend program is back! Now offered in partnership with DOCARE, the program provides $1,500 in travel funds to OMS students who plan to travel internationally to underserved, underdeveloped or disaster-stricken areas to provide medical services.
