Good evening, Class of 2026!

CONGRATULATIONS to many of you on your newly elected/appointed club and interest group positions! 😊

As we wrap up the club election process, I know you all are EXCITED about ALL the club things…events, merchandise, conferences, etc.!

We will be having our MANDATORY ANNUAL CLUB TRAINING for ALL club and interest group officers in a couple of weeks. If you hold ANY office, this training is for you!

This mandatory training will be on Thursday, February 16th from 12-1pm in LH201 (following Dr. Krepps’ QPR Training). **Bring your lunch with you and you can eat while we meet!

Here are some of the topics we will be discussing:


  *   How to submit a reimbursement request
  *   Conference attendance/reimbursement
  *   Club events and guest speakers
  *   Designing club merchandise
  *   Submitting event requests in ENGAGE
  *   Setting up Mobile Cause pages to take payments for dues/merchandise/events
  *   Keeping track of club finances
  *   Requesting additional funding through the Student Budget Board
