Dear CUSOM Friends, Faculty, Staff, and Students,

With heartfelt emotions, I want to share that Mrs. Jennifer Parrish O'Dell, CUSOM's Executive Director of Student Affairs, will be leaving the Campbell family. Jennifer has accepted a fantastic opportunity to share her wisdom and talents with a new endeavor. She has accepted the Associate Dean for Student Services role at the proposed Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine (OCOM) in Winter Garden, Florida.

Jennifer will join the Dean's administrative team to help support operations at the school. In much of what Jennifer provided for CUSOM (and Campbell), her role now expands, and she will be an integral part of laying the foundation for the proposed osteopathic medical school. Planning is underway for the proposed OCOM and the new class of students.

I am sure all who know Jennifer appreciate her presence and know she is an exceptional individual whom all will miss. We are delighted with her new role and the many wonderful opportunities which will follow. Her selection to be a part of the OCOM team comes with well-wishes, encouragement, and numerous accolades. So, although sorry to see her go, she will certainly not be forgotten.

Since her start here at CUSOM in 2014, Jennifer has provided the highest level of commitment. She has been a valued member of our Campbell family, a trusted confidant, and a friend to many. In addition, she has been a driving force on many initiatives and activities within CUSOM and the university. Her welcoming demeanor and passion for putting students first will be greatly missed.

Jennifer will remain part-time until December 31st. As she transitions to her new role, Mrs. Debi Pipes will be Student Affairs' new point of contact.

Like many, although saddened about Jennifer's departure, I am incredibly grateful for the time she has given and happy that she has this chance to share her many talents with others. As always, she will bring that same level of commitment and selflessness we have seen at Campbell to the newest members of the Osteopathic family.

Please join me in congratulating Jennifer and wishing her every success as she pursues this new opportunity.

Sincerely,

Brian
