[Pa23] *IMPORTANT* Friday Graduation Information

Hi All,
I have a couple of things to share with you from questions I've received and information provided by the bookstore.


  1.  Any regalia (sounds like 22 of you have not received regalia) that is not in hands, is being overnighted TONIGHT and you should have it sometime tomorrow. As a worst-case scenario option, the vendor rep is driving from VA with anything still not in hand on Thursday/Friday.
  2.  I did tell a couple of you that the bookstore had inventory for regalia THIS IS NOT CORRECT. I was wrong and just now found out that they actually do not have any.
     *   I am going to have what I can find in my stock with me on Friday but I cannot guarantee that it will be much. Please just let me know ASAP if you are missing anything so we can either see what I have, or have the rep bring it when they drive down.
  3.  Handicap- If you have anyone needing assistance, there will be golf carts transporting guests. You will need to just flag them down in the parking lot.
     *   If you have a guest in a wheelchair, I suggest you arrive early so you can secure one of the upper concourse seating areas and your family can sit together up there around the handicap spots.
  4.  The class picture is still scheduled for 1pm at Taylor Hall. Please plan to arrive at 12:50 at the absolute latest. It sounds like this is not as organized as I was told it would be and I would like for our class to at least be there and ready so we can maybe be one of the first groups to get our picture and get finished so we can be done (hopefully anyway).

If anyone has any other questions, please let me know. Otherwise, we will see you on Friday!
