[Law24] Info on Parking Registration Link

I forgot to put information about when the registration link would be sent out Monday...

I plan to send an email to 3Ls on Monday morning at 7:30 am with information and the registration link.  The link will not be live until 9:00 am.  If you click on the link prior to 9:00 am, you will get a message that "the form is not accepting submissions yet".

Also, correction to the parking fee for next year:  it will be $515 not $500.
