[Pt2027] Ortho SIG Board Nominations

Hi Guys!

Since we are getting close to everyone leaving for clinicals it is time to
pass the Ortho SIG board to your class! I am attaching a google form to
this email. Please list your first and last name, campbell email, and the
position you are nominating yourself for. Please do not nominate anyone
unless you have ensured they want to hold that position. Next week, I will
send out a voting form only to those interested in holding a position on
the board, to elect members.

These are the positions available and the descriptions:

*President:* Plan and execute board meetings, coordinate events and lunch
and learns, maintain communication with board members and faculty advisor,
reach out and obtain communication with possible guest speakers.
*Vice President: *support president in developing and coordinating events.
Assist in organization of events and reach out to guest speakers, conduct
meetings in absence of the president.
*Secretary: *Record meeting minutes, maintain meeting schedule, maintain
and record official information such as bylaws and board member
information, assist in delegated tasks.
*Treasurer: *Handle information and tasks regarding funding, fundraising,
and reimbursement. Plan and hold any fundraising opportunities. Maintain
communication with CPHS for finances.
