Good afternoon Cohort of 2027,

CPR INFORMATION

Date:  Friday, November 7, 2025
Time:  12:45 - 5 pm  (Meet outside Lab 319 - 12:45 pm sharp for check-in)
Location: Lab  319
Cost:  $45 exact change
Attire:  Lab attire is appropriate.


As a reminder, your CPR course is scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2025, from 12:45 PM to 5:00 PM in Lab 319.

I’ve attached the list of participants. Please verify that your legal name and email are correct, and notify me of any errors by Friday.

Be sure to arrive on time and meet me outside Lab 319 promptly at 12:45 PM for check-in. Punctuality is important so we can start the session on time and maybe even finish a little early! 😊

The cost of the course is $45, due in exact change (no change will be provided) at 12:45 PM. I will collect the payment, which will be given directly to the CPR company.




HIPAA/BBP Training for Onboarding (DRPT 800) – Complete by November 20, 2025
All students must complete HIPAA and BBP training to remain in compliance with contract standards and as part of your onboarding for DRPT 800. I am required to attest that you have completed this training before your clinical experience begins.

At the end of the evaluation, click the “Done” button to generate your Certificate of Completion. Remember to insert your name and the date on the certificate before saving it as a PDF. Then, upload the certificate into Exxat under HIPAA.
