Good afternoon,

Exciting news! We have been offered a pediatric site located in Cary, NC for both 802 and 804. The site has communicated to us that both slots are being offered to multiple DPT programs and they have provided us a deadline of tomorrow morning to respond.

Site information:
Breakthrough Pediatrics
Cary, NC
Site description (from site): "Breakthrough Pediatrics is a free-standing outpatient peds clinic that shares space with adult orthopedic clinic so there is opportunity for shadowing other PTs in free time or time outside of the peds clinic. Patient population is broad, from newborn to young adults with developmental disabilities."
Setting (for Breadth + Depth purposes): Corporate - Outpatient - Pediatrics

Instructions:
If you would like to put your name in for this site for DPT 802 and/or DPT 804, please do the following:

  * Reply to this email and copy Mrs. Shewmaker (jshewmaker at campbell.edu<mailto:jshewmaker at campbell.edu>) by 8pm TONIGHT stating your interest to enter your name in the random selection.
     * All emails received by 8pm EST tonight will be entered into the random selection.
  * Please indicate whether you would like to put your name in for 802, 804, or both.
     * If you are entering your name for both 802 and 804, indicate which clinical experience is your preference for this site.
        * This is needed if by random chance, your name is selected for both sites.
  * If you already have been selected for a clinical experience via the most recent selection survey, you are not eligible to enter your name for the same clinical experience (i.e., if you were selected to a site for DPT 802 in the last selection survey, you cannot enter your name for this site for DPT 802, but you can for DPT 804).
  * Additionally, if you have already been selected for a pediatric experience via the most recent selection survey, you are also not eligible to enter your name for this site.
  * If you do not follow any of the above instructions, you will be ineligible for this site.

Thank you so much!
Dr. Eubanks and Mrs. Shewmaker
