[Pt2026] Drug and Criminal Background Check

Good afternoon,

Several students have touched base with me regarding error messages they have received when scheduling/ordering their drug and/or criminal background checks.  I have been relaying these error messages to Exxat and Universal.

Exxat and Universal have found a package setup error on their end, and have their development team set to release a fix for the errors this coming Thursday. Come Friday morning, they expect the problem to be resolved for any existing and future invitations. They have apologized for the incontinence, but also appreciate the patience while they resolve the issues.

I will keep you updated if I hear anything further but looks like those who have issues will not get them fixed until Friday. For those who still have difficulties next week, please feel free to keep me updated so I can have Exxat/Universal look into this for us.
