Greetings Cohort of 2026!

Welcome to our second Rolling Selection Survey for 2025 DPT 800 Clinical Experiences.  The survey is due by Sunday, June 9, 2024 at midnight.

Listed below is the link to the survey and a table of the sites we have received thus far. Here are a few additional reminders:

  *   DPT 800 is January 6-February 14, 2025.
  *   If you have already been selected for a site (either confirmed or awaiting confirmation), do not submit a survey.
  *   The survey requires you to numerically rank any sites you want to submit for. Rankings are only used in the event that your name is selected for more than one site.
  *   Do not list a site if you do not want to go there.
  *   Please read all survey instructions carefully. Each student is allowed to submit the survey one time.
  *   We encourage you to research sites you may be interested in by looking at their websites but remember NOT to contact any site.
  *   If a site has additional information listed in the table, it is because the site provided it when offering Campbell the slot.  This does not necessarily mean that the same opportunities are not at other sites.
  *   Please feel free to contact Mrs. Shewmaker if you have any questions regarding clinical sites, the survey process, or any other ways that we can support your clinical journey.

Site assignments for the second Rolling Selection Survey can be viewed if you were selected by opening your Exxat portal under "Coursework" on Wednesday, June 12 at 5 pm.  If your name was selected, you will see the clinical experience (DPT 800) and the name of the site. If you login to Exxat and there is no site listed for 800, that means your name was not yet selected for a clinical experience.

Over the next couple of weeks, Ms. Shewmaker will be confirming slots with sites for students who were selected. This process can take several weeks and no clinical experience is guaranteed until confirmed with the site. You will be notified by email once you have been confirmed by the site.
