[Pt2026] Group Photo and Headshots - Mon 2/12

Good Morning,

Just wanted to send out clarification on the professional dress that is expected for the headshots on Monday. These photos will eventually be used for Clinical Experience purposes, Dress shirt or blouse/ tie/ with pants or skirt/dress and blazer/suit coat are appropriate.  Photographs will be against an orange background so be thoughtful on your color selection. I have attached a photo with the background and lighting for your reference.

Hello Class of 2026!

We would like to take a group photo and individual headshots next Monday, 2/12. Please dress professionally and immediately following Dr. Buzzell's class, meet me on the grand staircase in the first floor lobby.  Shorter people come down the stairs first, tall people, come down last so you are in the last row of the photo. We should be able to squeeze in 4-5 people on each step, do not skip steps between the group in front of you. First group will be on first step, not the floor.

When the group shot is finished, meet in in the 2nd floor lobby on the following schedule (trying to make sure no one has to stand in line too long, and everyone has time to eat).  ** In case I forget to tell you, make sure and grab the slip of paper with your name on it so I have the right photo with the right name**. If the name on the slip of paper is not what you want to be called, a sharpie will be available to make corrections.

10:15 - 10:45  Adams through Fish
10:45 - 11:15  Gall through Lyons
(11:15 - 11:45 catch up eat, etc)
11:45 - 12:15  Macon through Sharpe
12:15 - 12:45  Shaw through Wood

We will use these head shots to create a class composite for the professors to use to speed up learning names. I will also email you a copy of your headshot to keep for future use.
