Onboarding Reminders for DPT 800  January 6-February 14, 2025
Good morning Cohort of 2026,
I wanted to send a few reminders regarding your onboarding for DPT 800:

  *   Check email daily throughout your break for any updates. Not checking email is not an excuse if you miss something and the start of your clinical experience is delayed.
  *   If you have any outstanding onboarding tasks from your site, they should be completed by now. Thank you to those who completed your requirements on time. While some sites may suggest completing tasks two weeks in advance, our practice is to finalize everything as soon as possible (things can go wrong). Site staff may have altered holiday schedules or time off, so it's important to give them plenty of time to clear you so as not to delay the start of your clinical experience.
  *   If I need to sign off on any attestation forms, please submit them to me by 12 pm on Wednesday, December 11. Make sure all the requirements on the form are completed.
     *   I will be helping with graduation events for our third-year students on Thursday and Friday, and after that will be out of the office until January 2. Please do not expect normal response times to emails over the holidays.
  *   By now, you should have contacted your CI and received a response. If you do not have their contact information, please reach out to me so I can assist. If you have not received a response from your CI, follow up with another email. If you still can't get in touch, please call the site directly and leave a message. Communication with your CI is your responsibility.
