[Pt2026] Cohort Shared Documents

Hey everyone! Below are two google sheets that we would like everyone to
fill out to help with cohort cohesiveness!

This one is to keep track of all the birthdays in the cohort! We would love
to celebrate all of you on your special day!

This one is for everyone to put where they are going for their first
clinical site, if you are comfortable with doing so. We wanted a shared
space with everyone's clinical site so if someone is from that area, they
can suggest places to eat, things to do, etc.
