[Pt2026] White Coat Ceremony Reminders

All,

Please find attached the instructions for Friday again. These have been updated so please read in full detail. Please make sure you are clear on how to carry your coat, how to hand it to Dr. Green, and get coated by Dr. Myers, and also signing the class oath book.

Myself and Mrs. English will line you up in alphabetical order once you arrive in McCall Court at 2:15. You will be given your name card that you will hand to the person calling your name at the 1st podium. Don't lose this card.

Remember the clear bag and bag size policy and that you are NOT to bring anything with you into McCall Court. Nothing can be left in McCall and you can't walk out into the ceremony carrying anything.
Clear Bag Policy - The University has implemented a clear bag policy. One bag is permitted per person if it is an approved bag such as a one-gallon zip style bag or the 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag, plus a small clutch that does not exceed 4.5" x 6.5".
