1. Students may only receive 2 hours of one-on-one<span class="ContentPasted0"> </span><span data-markjs="true" class="markqwm6mxfj0 ContentPasted0" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="" style="margin:0px">tutoring</span><span class="ContentPasted0"> </span>per
subject per week. If more is needed, approval must be granted by the CPHS Student Affairs Office.<br class="ContentPasted0">
2. If a student needs to cancel a<span class="ContentPasted0"> </span><span data-markjs="true" class="markqwm6mxfj0 ContentPasted0" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="" style="margin:0px">tutoring</span><span class="ContentPasted0"> </span>session,
they should communicate with a tutor to cancel at least 12 hours before the session. <br class="ContentPasted0">
3. If a student does not communicate prior to a session to cancel an appointment, and does not attend, this is considered a no-show. After 3 no-shows, a student will no longer have the ability to schedule 1-1<span class="ContentPasted0"> </span><span data-markjs="true" class="markqwm6mxfj0 ContentPasted0" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="" style="margin:0px">tutoring</span>,
