to be at the event (Smith Hall) on time according to the scheduled time and team assignment that you received in the “IPE PLACES Time and Team Assignment” email that was sent out last week. Casual athletic attire is highly encouraged since some activities
require light exercise movements; and please be sure to<u><span style="color:black;background:yellow"> bring your own blood pressure cuff and stethoscope</span></u> if you have them, as supplies for the event are limited.
