[pt2025] Info about Yoga Class

I've had a few folks ask about coming to the hot studio where I teach yoga. My typical classes are full, so that would not be a good one to offer. But, I am subbing a class on Sunday am (9/8) at 9am and there are currently 24 spots open. So, I thought I'd tell you all and if anyone wants to come, come along!

Living Balance Studios is a yoga and pilates studio specializing in both private and group classes.

Click on "group Classes" at the top, scroll down and sign-up. The first class is free.
Bring a yoga mat and water. We do have a few yoga mats to borrow if you do not have one of your own.
The class is hot flow meaning the room is warm and the poses are linked together to "flow" from one to the other, so you are moving through most of the class.
