[pt2025] Spring Schedule

Hello everyone!
I have  attached the spring schedule.
It's crazy because there is no DPT 1 class here- just DPT 3 the first 6 weeks, then just DPT 2 for the last 6 weeks or so. The schedule seems so bare!

For those of you who are looking to see when semesters begin and end, there is a master document with the "set in stone" dates such as those.

I wanted to point out a couple of things:

  1.
DPT 2 students have two full weeks off before the summer session. This is the first time this has happened. We start summer classes on Monday May 19, 2025.
  2.
DPT 1 students will start Monday June 2, 2025
  3.
DPT 3: MANDATORY ScoreBuilders on 1/16 & 1/17.  This is licensure prep.  NO WORK Is expected prior to this course. This will be the beginning of those efforts.  There is no expectation for you to prepare and study for this course.
  4.
DPT 3 OSCE's are scheduled. Take note of those dates.
  5.
DPT 3 students have required CPR on 1/29. Plan accordingly.
  6.
CSM (national PT conference) is on 2/13 & 2/14 in Houston.  Classes are not canceled, but there will not be exams or graded assignment son those days if there are students who want to attend.
  7.
DPT 2 students you start with a welcome back debrief on Monday 2/17 at 10 am.
  8.
DPT 3 students have a Good-bye send off lunch on Wednesday 3/12 with the faculty.

As always, there may be slight adjustments during the week, but we will not change the Friday schedule, so that is set.
