I wanted to pass on information for you regarding conferences coming up and how you can be part of the fun.

APTA NC Annual Conference
Location: High Point University

     Faculty and students are presenting:

     Dr. K Green, Luke Montavon, and Megan Jackson   presenting an education section titled “Is it safe to initiate aerobic exercise? Methods for Assessing       Cardiac Risk Prior to Initiating Aerobic Exercise”

      Dr. Tara Caberwal presenting “Walk this Way”: Moving Past Drawer Tests and Single-Leg Balance.


  *
      Dr. T. R. Goins and Katie Tanji Co-Presenting as Recipients of the Community Impact Grant

      

  *
      Dr. Michelle Green presenting 1-Assessment of Lateropulsion  2-Management of Lateropulsion

 There are NO CLASSES on that Friday, cleared to allow students to attend.
 The department will pay the Early Bird APTA member Student Rate (hurry! Ends 9/30) of $75 for the conference attendance fee
 The department does not pay for housing.
 If you want to go, pay on line, provide your receipt to Ms. Ennis and you will be reimbursed.
