[pt2025] IPE today

Hopefully this will get to some of you before your sessions.
The case for the IPE REPS today is a hospital case and it may not be clear the role PT would have in the case.

PT's assist with discharge planning and assess mobility for safety at home. That is the point to bring up and contribute!
