Physical Therapist Opportunity in Outpatient Sports Ortho - Huntersville, NC

Summary
The Performance Doc, an outpatient sports orthopedic clinic in Huntersville, NC, is seeking a motivated physical therapist to join our growing team. We are a practice that puts patient experience and outcomes above productivity, with a mission to set the standard in physical therapy. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to work in a supportive, high-energy environment while developing into a leadership role within our clinic.

Job Description
The Performance Doc is not your typical PT clinic. Our vision is "to set the standard in physical therapy-trusted, personalized, and relentlessly focused on getting the best results for our patients." We live this out through our core values:

* Energy - An upbeat and positive environment conducive to achieving goals.

* Personalization - A meaningful relationship that feels like family.

* Trust - We are up front, honest, and always have our patients' best interest in mind.

* Competitive Greatness - We take pride in being the best and hold ourselves accountable for continued learning.

We are looking for a physical therapist who is passionate about sports and orthopedics, committed to building strong patient relationships, and eager to grow into a leadership position within our practice.

Position Details:

* Outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation caseload

* Emphasis on quality care and patient results, not high-volume productivity

* One-on-one treatment sessions with patients

* Opportunity for mentorship and professional growth into leadership

* Full-time position, flexible scheduling options available

* Competitive compensation package (commensurate with experience)

*  Continuing education support

Location:
Huntersville, NC - conveniently located just north of Charlotte, offering the perfect mix of small-town feel and access to city amenities.

If you are interested in joining a practice that values energy, trust, and competitive greatness while providing an exceptional patient experience, we would love to hear from you.
