[Pt2024] If you have problems logging in to CPI 3.0

Good afternoon,

If you are having any difficulty logging in to CPI 3.0 and are unable to, please follow the following steps (remember you may not be paired to CI/site at this point, but will be before your midpoint evaluation):


  *   If you have an APTA account, please change your email address to your Campbell email.
  *   When you completed training you should also have used your Campbell email address.
  *   If you are still having difficulty, please contact CPI 3.0 training at 703.706.8582 to make sure that 2 accounts have not been created.  They will merge your accounts together once you give them permission, so you can gain access.
