Your CPR Course information is scheduled below. Please meet me outside of Lab 319 by 12:45 pm, so that I can collect $45 exact cash from you for the CPR company before the course begins.

If you can also review the below list to confirm your legal name, spelling, and email address.  If there are any changes, please let me know. The CPR Company needs this to set up your certification.  The CPR certification will be good for 2 years.

Once you receive your digital CPR card, please upload it to Exxat, so that we have this information in there for onboarding for DPT 802/804.
