[Pt2024] UPDATE: Serving to Serve Volleyball

Hello CPHS Students,

Due to the original date of *Serving to* *Serve Volleyball Tournament*
having a conflict of interest within the pharmacy program, the date of the
event has changed. The new date will be *September 15th at 5pm*. This event
will be held on the Sand Volleyball Courts at *Saylor Park*. In the case of
inclement weather, the event will be held at Carter Gym.

Anyone in CPHS is able to participate! Admission is $30 and includes a
T-shirt (choice of light blue or black) and admission to the tournament.

This event has been approved for *one hour of community service for
pharmacy students* that purchase admission, join a team, and participate on
the day of the event. *The team that wins the tournament will receive Creek
Coffee Gift Cards for each player.*

To register, place use the following instructions:

1.     Pay for your admission through this link: https://igfn.us/form/ZoxHQg

2.     After submitting payment, you may sign up for your team on this
google sheet:

a.      You are allowed to join an existing team or start your own team.
Teams can be 4-6 players.

b.     If you would only like to purchase a T-shirt, please add your name
to the bottom of this sheet.

3.     Sign ups will be open until *September 11th at 5 PM*

4.     Due to the date of the event moving, *shirts will not be available
at the event* and will be giving out on a later date
