Subject: DPT1 Empathy survey

Hi Rachel: Please send the message below to the DPT1 students.  You may get the email blast approved faster than me.

Dear Students: A few of you were absent this morning for the neuro course.  At that time, I handed out part II of the empathy survey.  If you did not fill out the survey forms this morning, please see Ms. Ennis.  She has the forms for you to fill out; they are in a manilla envelope in the file holder by her desk.  Once you are finished (about 10 min.) then you can hand them back to her, or seal them and put them back in the file holder.
