[Pt2024] Short White Coat August 12th 2022

All,

I wanted to go ahead and share some basic information regarding your White Coat Ceremony. There will be more detailed instructions to come closer to the event.

The ceremony will be held August 12th at 3pm in Gore Arena(this is located within the convocation center) (Large Camel, MC) here is a link for driving directions for families to MC: https://www.campbell.edu/visit/directions/ and here is a link to the MC map: https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/90456?ce/9075?ct/.
There are no tickets needed for this event, you can invite however many people you would like.
Students will need to arrive by 1:45 to Maddox Hall which is found here: https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/132671?ce/14565?ct/ You will line up here as a class and walk over to the Convocation Center. (DO NOT BRING PERSONAL ITEMS WITH YOU, I.E. PURSES. LEAVE THEM WITH LOVED ONES AS YOU WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO MADDOX HALL AND CANNOT WALK IN THE PROCESSION WITH THEM.)
For those who will have younger children in attendance with their families, and may need to take them out for any reason there will be a livestream in a viewing room. More details will be given about this as well as directions for the day.
Your white coats are on order. I do not know what day they will arrive at this point, but I will let you know once I have that information. You will need your name tag for this event, please make sure you have it.
