Hello Class of 2024!

The first day is extremely busy for you so I wanted to take a brief minute to congratulate you, to thank you, and to wish you well. I know you are filled with excitement as your first day in the Campbell University Doctor of Physical Therapy program begins. I am very proud of you for reaching this milestone in your academic and professional careers and I will continue to support and provide encouragement along the way to becoming a physical therapist.

While I will continue to work with you individually regarding final official transcripts and any missing matriculation items, your main line of communication will now be the faculty and staff of the DPT department. I have copied Mrs. Rachel Ennis, the DPT Program Manager, to this email so you have her contact information.

I have enjoyed getting to know you and working with you over the past year, from application to matriculation into the CU DPT program. I hope you received an exceptional experience, but I am always looking to improve the admissions and matriculation processes, and ease the transition into the DPT program. I would like to ask for your feedback. Please take five minutes and complete the Class of 2024 Admissions Survey<https://cphs.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cTrvji5VztkmxCK>. The survey is not long (fewer than 10 questions), and I genuinely appreciate and welcome your constructive feedback.

The next three years will go by so quickly. Remember, you are not alone. Reach out to your faculty, upper classmen, current students, your DPT mentor, DPT academic tutors, a DPT Student Ambassador, or the staff if you have any questions or need anything. You have a huge network of support and resources within the DPT program and the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences that I hope you utilize.

I am here if you need me, please let me know if I can help in any way. I wish you the very best of luck as you embark on this journey and I hope to continue working with many, if not all, of you as DPT Student Ambassadors!

Kindest Regards,

Shari McGuire, M.Ed.
