I am sending the below email previously sent as a reminder for the upcoming White Coat event this Friday. Also your white coats have arrived and can be picked up anytime between 8-5pm this week accept tomorrow between 10:30-12:30. Please go to the 3rd floor and see Mrs. Charissa English for your coat, she is located in the faculty suite, west end. Mrs. English graciously steamed all of the coats for you, but you may want to iron them again as the sleaves are still a little wrinkled.  All white coats must be picked up by Friday at 12noon. WE WILL NOT BE BRINGING WHITE COATS TO MADDOX HALL FOR YOU. ******REMEMBER TO BRING/WEAR YOUR NAME TAG*****DO NOT FORGET THIS****

A class picture will be taken on the steps of Taylor Hall at 1pm on Friday prior to going to Maddox Hall. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN. Taylor Hall is located between Butler Chapel and D.Rich in the Academic Circle on main campus. Bring your White Coat/name tag to be worn in the picture. We will walk over to Maddox Hall as a class after the pictures are completed to line up.

I wanted to go ahead and share some basic information regarding your White Coat Ceremony. There will be more detailed instructions to come closer to the event.

The ceremony will be held August 12th at 3pm in Gore Arena(this is located within the convocation center) (Large Camel, MC) here is a link for driving directions for families to MC: https://www.campbell.edu/visit/directions/ and here is a link to the MC map: https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/90456?ce/9075?ct/.
There are no tickets needed for this event, you can invite however many people you would like.
Students will need to arrive by 1:45 to Maddox Hall which is found here: https://map.concept3d.com/?id=714#!m/132671?ce/14565?ct/ You will line up here as a class and walk over to the Convocation Center. (DO NOT BRING PERSONAL ITEMS WITH YOU, I.E. PURSES. LEAVE THEM WITH LOVED ONES AS YOU WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO MADDOX HALL AND CANNOT WALK IN THE PROCESSION WITH THEM.)
For those who will have younger children in attendance with their families, and may need to take them out for any reason there will be a livestream in a viewing room. More details will be given about this as well as directions for the day.
Your white coats are on order. I do not know what day they will arrive at this point, but I will let you know once I have that information. You will need your name tag for this event, please make sure you have it.
