[Pt2024] Silent Auction #1 Assignments (DPT 800)

Good afternoon,

Slot assignments for the first Silent Auction for DPT 800 have been completed. You can view your assignment on Exaat. To do this, login to Exaat and click on the "My Placements" tab on the left. If you won a bid, you will see the clinical experience (DPT 800) and the name of the site. If you login to Exaat and there is no site listed for 800, that means you did not win a bid for this Silent Auction.

At this time, Mrs. Shewmaker is confirming slots with sites for students who won a bid. This process can take weeks and no slot is guaranteed until confirmed with the site. You will be notified by email once you have been confirmed for the site. Please note that students are not allowed to contact sites at this time. Once you are closer to attending 800, you will be notified when it is appropriate to contact your clinical instructor during the onboarding process.

Unused sites will be included in the next Silent Auction and/or Draft Day. Whether we host another Silent Auction is based on the number of slots that we receive. Like this past Silent Auction, you will be notified on a Friday for a Silent Auction that runs the following week.

Action Item for All Students (regardless of whether you won a bid): Please login to Exaat and navigate to "Edit Student Info". Once there, please confirm that your current, legal name and other information (gender, last 4 digits of SSN, birthday, etc.) is correct and complete. Some student accounts have first name listed as last and last name listed as first, which is incorrect. Additionally, if you have gotten married and your name has changed, the account should reflect whatever your current, legal name is. Please complete by this Friday, 4/22, at 5pm.
