Hello, everyone!

There has been a slight change to the DPT Orientation schedule, which is attached. For easy access, I have included information from the original email below.

*****************************************************************

The Doctor of Physical Therapy Orientation will take place in-person at the Tracie F. Smith Hall of Nursing & Health Sciences<http://www.google.com/maps?expflags=enable_star_based_justifications:true&ie=UTF8&f=d&daddr=Campbell+University+-+School+of+Osteopathic+Medicine+-+Leon+Levine+Hall+of+Medical+Sciences,+4350+U.S.+421+South,+U.S.+421,+North+Carolina+27546&geocode=CdzpUrGKY6WoFcdBHAIdOkxO-yFhnYy3Nl84Bw&gl=US&hl=en> (Smith Hall) on January 7, 2022.

Please arrive at Smith Hall no later than 8:30am to check-in with a DPT staff member in the lobby. Student parking will be available in the upper parking lot or lower parking lot (spaces not marked F/S). You will not need your parking sticker in advance to park in Student Parking, but you will need to pick up your parking sticker no later than January 10, 2022.

DPT Orientation will begin promptly at 9am and conclude no later than 4pm. A box lunch will be provided, and water will be available. Please dress in business attire.

The DPT department is following the University/CDC guidelines and asks students to fill out the self-reporting<https://www.campbell.edu/coronavirus/campus-health/report-your-covid-19-vaccination/> links that fit their need.

  * If you are fully vaccinated, choose the link<https://www.campbell.edu/coronavirus/campus-health/report-your-covid-19-vaccination/> under "Report Your COVID-19 Vaccination," choose the students link, and submit your vaccination status, which includes uploading your vaccination card.
  * If you are not fully vaccinated, please follow the "Unvaccinated Student Protocol," and upload a negative test within 48 hours of your arrival to campus.
It is recommended by the University that even fully vaccinated students test 48 hours before arriving on campus. This is recommended and not mandatory. If you are fully vaccinated and choose to test, please upload your results.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Kindest Regards,

Shari McGuire, M.Ed.
