I hope you are doing well! This is Ranndi Bitner (Grubbs) from the 2020 cohort. I have a job opportunity available at Wilson Medical Center that would be a great position for Cambell grads! Would you mind sending out the information?!


Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This position specifically is a full-time outpatient PT position that also has a weekend rotation requirement in acute care once a month.  The Physical Therapist is responsible for the direct patient care of physical therapy patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings including evaluations, treatments, and development and modification as needed of a plan of care. The weekends worked by the PT, however, are granted a day off the week before and a day off the week after, which are great opportunities take care of personal appointments without having to use PTO. This is also a great learning opportunity for new grads to be able to see a wide variety of diagnoses in the outpatient settings. This is one on one patient care for 45 minutes with each patient and there is documentation time built into the 8-hour day, 30 minutes around lunch and 30 minutes at the end of the day.  The evaluations are an hour and 15 minutes long to ensure that there is enough time to treat a patient the first session and to assist in point of care documentation.
